THESSALY, Trikka. Circa 440-400 BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 2.64 g, 8h). Thessalos, nude but for petasos and cloak tied at neck, standing right, holding band across horns of forepart of bull leaping right; E to right, V below / Forepart of bridled horse right within incuse square. BCD Thessaly II 775.5 var. (arrangement of ethnic; same obv. die); HGC 4, 311. Good VF, lightly toned.
