Russia, Alexander III 1/2 rouble (poltina) 1883 St. Petersburg. Hairline scratches from old cleaning all over the reverse. Also some brown spots/toning, possibly as residue from cleaning. Very rare coin with a mintage of only 1008 pieces including both mint marks. Bitkin 50 (R1). VF
