THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 356-342 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 5.82 g, 5h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, hair in ampyx / ΛAPIΣ AIΩN above and below, horse standing right, preparing to lie down. Lorber, Hoard, Phase L-III, 50 (same dies); BCD Thessaly II 317; HGC 4, 454. Good VF, toned, minor die rust on the obverse.
