LYDIA, Saitta. Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ (33mm, 25.79 g, 6h). Oct. Artemidorus Philad–, first archon. Struck circa AD 178-180. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Hercules standing facing, head right, holding club and lion skin. RPC IV online 1394.1 = BMC 38 (same dies). VF, green patina, minor encrustation. Very rare, with RPC listing only one other example.
