Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.40 g, 12h). Rome mint. 2nd emission, AD 217-218. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Felicitas standing left, holding long caduceus and cornucopia. RIC IV 59; Szaivert Series 4; RSC 15a. Good VF, toned, some minor striking weakness on the reverse.
