With none graded higher at NGC or PCGS, this wonderful coin is impossible to improve. It was previously owned by two extremely selective coin collectors: the famous Russian violinist Jascha Heifetz and Dr. Robert Hesselgesser, a well-known connoisseur of Russian numismatics.
