Brown on m/c underprint with Statue of liberty vignette in middle. Red specimen overprint, "00000" serial numbers and POC's. The face is XF with a small chip off of the lower left corner and the paper slightly wavy, the back is AU with a small thin. Rare Shanghai issue. ABNC.
