Michael VIII Palaeologus. 1261-1282. Æ Trachy (27mm, 2.52 g, 6h). Thessalonica mint. Large lis / Michael standing facing, holding large, voided cross and akakia; small lis in left field. DOC 186-90; PCPC 84; SB 2309. VF, green patina, traces of earthen deposits in devices, a couple of flan cracks.
