CENTRAL EUROPE, Vindelici. Early 1st century BC. Stater (Gold, 17mm, 7.23 g). Head of an eagle to left, between two pellets; all within wreath. Rev. Five pellets within a torque with pellet at each end; all within cup-shaped incuse. Kellner type II C. Obverse struck from a very worn die; the reverse from a rusty one, otherwise, very fine.
