Guadeloupe: 1000 Francs ND Specimen P. 37s with specimen perforation and zero serial numbers. The note has the usual 2 pinholes at upper left, slight dints at right border but was never folded. Paper is very crisp and colors are fresh and original. Condition XF+ to aUNC.
