New Caledonia: 100 Francs ND(1939) red overprinton French Indochina 20 Francs P. 39, a very rare provisional issue in used condition with several folds in paper, 2 minor border tears (1mm) at lower border, one minor border tear (5mm) taped at upper border, a small missing part at upper right, but no holes, not washed and pressed, still very collectable item and great addition to any collection.
