St. Thomas & Prince: 1000 Escudos 1964 Specimen P. 40s with red "Especime" overprint on front and back, two cancellation holes and zero serial numbers. The note is in great condition, only a slight corner fold at upper left and lower right. There is a slight trace of an erased pencil writing at lower right. Condition: XF+ to aUNC.
