LYCIA, Phaselis. 4th century BC. AR Stater (21mm, 10.41 g, 8h). Prow of galley right, fighting platform decorated with facing gorgoneion; to right, cicada upward / Stern of galley left; ΦΑΣ above. Heipp-Tamer Series 6, unlisted variety; cf. CNG 99, lot 282 (same obv. die). Near EF, lightly toned, struck from worn dies. High relief.
