Draped bust of Antinous right, wearing hem-hem crown; crescent before / Serapis standing right, head left, raising hand and holding scepter. Milne –; cf. Dattari (Savio) 6535 (same types but in cruder style); Köln –. VF, dark gray patina. Struck on a thick and impressive flan.
