THESSALY, Magnetes. Circa 30-27 BC. Æ Tetrachalkon (20mm, 8.16 g, 1h). Laureate head of Asklepios right / MAΓ N H/TΩN around from upper left, Asklepios seated left on throne, holding long staff and serpent-entwined staff; his dog is emerging from under throne; countermark: star in incuse circle. Rogers 354; BCD Thessaly II 424.3; HGC 4, 70. Good VF, red-brown patina. Rare.
