California, 1894, $1000, Specimen 5% 1st Consolidated Mortgage Gold Coupon Bond, Black on green border and underprint, Reclined allegorical woman reading book top center with cherub holding the end of telegraph lines bottom center flanked by moving trolleys, Red SPECIMEN overprints POC's and red s/n "00000", VF-XF condition, ABNC. This is the second example offered in over 8 years. The previous example, also a specimen was offered by my company 4 to 8 years ago and is the plate bond pictured in Cox.
