Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos IV Epiphanes. 175-164 B.C. Æ (20 mm, 5.80 g, 12 h). Perhaps Ake-Ptolemaïs mint. Diademed and radiate head right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ, Nike driving galloping biga left; below horses, monogram. SC 1484; HGC 9, 669. VF, brown patina, die-break on obverse.

From the Kenneth Miller Collection of Ake-Ptolemaïs and Related Biblical Coins.

Looking closely, the obverse appears to have a fairly startling die-break. The front half of the portrait, i.e., the face, is lower than the back of the head. At first glance the die-break makes the strike appear to be slightly doubled causing a slight shift.
