PONTOS, Amisos. temp. Mithradates VI. Circa 85-65 BC. Æ (21mm, 8.07 g, 11h). Wreathed head of Mithradates VI as young Dionysos right / Panther skin and thyrsos on cista mystica; monograms flanking. RG 24; SNG BM Black Sea 1209; HGC 7, 243. VF, tan surfaces with traces of red-brown patina.
