Head of Isis- Demeter right, wreathed with grain, with four long spiral curls falling to shoulders / ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ, eagle with spread wings standing left on thunderbolt, head reverted, holding cornucopiae bound with royal diadem under far wing and over shoulder.
