DIVA AVG FAVSTINA, draped bust right / PVELLAE FAVSTINIANAE, magistrate seated left on a platform, leans forward to hand a rolled document to a child citizen, who is being held aloft towards him by a man standing right before the platform; a second magistrate stands left behind the first one, pointing towards the document and the citizens; directly below the officials, finally, a second citizen steps left and bends down, about to lift up a second child citizen in order to present the child to the magistrates.
