GREAT BRITAIN. Sovereign, 1820. George III (1760-1820).
S-3785c; Fr-371; KM-674. Open "2". Last year of issue for any George III coinage, this piece included. Olive and apricot hues in the luster with evenly distributed chatter in the fields which define the grade. A very tough coin in this lofty state of preservation, no question about it. Open "2" in date variety, and cataloging for £4,000 in Spink in uncirculated. NGC MS-61.
