POSTUMUS, A.D. 259-268. AE Double Sestertius (23.20 gms), Lugdunum Mint.
RIC-143. Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Postumus right; Reverse: Galley sailing left with four rowers, steersman and stern. Struck on a slightly oblong flan. Lovely honey yellow color with sprays of sea-foam green. Some verdigris and encrustation on the obverse. VERY FINE.
