George V Specimen 1 Cent 1921 SP66 Red and Brown PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM28. Iridescent reddish-orange color with blue highlights. The strike is bold and the surfaces have a matte-like appearance, normal for Specimens of this type. All of the George V Specimen Cents are quite rare and this is the highest numerical piece (SP66 RB) to be certified by PCGS, although there has been one piece certified in Red (SP65).Ex.
