George V Specimen 1 Cent 1930 SP67 Brown PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM28. Gleaming dark brown color with noticeable amounts of original golden mint color around the peripheries. The strike is near-flawless and the surfaces free of notable imperfections. A very rare issue in Specimen, with only 5 total pieces certified by PCGS.
