George VI Matte Specimen Dollar 1939 SP67 Matte PCGS, Royal Canadian mint, KM38. A sharply struck, and near-flawless, example of the more available of the two 1939 Specimen Dollar varieties. The reverse has a thin band of rich cobalt-blue toning, with mostly brilliant white, while the obverse is split almost 50/50 with the same combination.
