Prussia. Wilhelm I gold 5 Mark 1877-C MS66 NGC, Cleve mint, KM507, Jaeger-244. Wonderfully preserved for this small type, and currently tied with one other example for the finest graded at NGC, with eye-catching golden tone that varies in intensity across surfaces that are satiny smooth and free from essentially all contact marks. The other MS66 graded coin, which we sold in January 2014, realized $1,175.From The Kaiser Collection of German Gold Coins
