Prussia. Wilhelm II gold Proof 10 Mark 1902-A PR67 Deep Cameo PCGS, Berlin mint, KM520, Jaeger-251. A dynamic proof survivor, certainly worthy of condition-census status, with sharply contrasted surfaces as a result of expertly produced reflectivity in the fields and notable mint bloom over the raised design. Magnified inspection shows minor as-made speckling in the planchet, as well as a touch of rainbow iridescence in the fields, but as the Superb Gem grade suggests, a bare minimum of post-strike imperfections are seen. The finest graded example of the date at both PCGS and NGC, and tied with several coins of different dates for the finest graded of the type.From The Kaiser Collection of German Gold Coins
