Wurttemberg. Karl I gold 5 Mark 1877-F MS65 NGC, Stuttgart mint, KM627, Jaeger-291. Sharply defined with iridescent apricot-gold tone in the obverse fields, coruscating luster on both the obverse and reverse and very few focal imperfections. An infrequently-issued and diminutive gold denomination, and as a result rather popular, with examples in elite states of preservation, such as the present piece, seldom coming to market. From The Kaiser Collection of German Gold Coins
