Philip V gold 8 Escudos 1733 Mo-F MS62 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM148, Onza-422. Brilliant Mint State with highly lustrous surfaces and a few scattered surface abrasions preventing a higher technical designation. A tad softly struck in the centers and with slight adjustment marks on the shield on the reverse, yet a flashy piece with amazingly fresh surfaces and substantial eye-appeal. A very challenging date in any preservation, much in demand and immensely desirable as a type coin in this superb quality. Ex. 1733 Plate FleetFrom The Rudman Collection of Mexican Coins
