Victoria 10 Cents 1884 MS64 PCGS, London mint, KM3. An important date from this 10 Cent series, the present offering displays frosted-white bloom with just a hint of champagne color intermixed. A few minor ticks upon the Queen's bust and within the reverse field are noted in the assigned grade, and while that does little to affect the overall appeal of this piece, it most-likely precludes a finer designation.
