Victoria Proof Gothic Crown 1847 PR65 PCGS, Royal mint, KM744, S-3883. "UNDECIMO" edge. This revered type which features the exceptionally-styled bust of Victoria surrounded by Gothic legends, delivers excellent at every turn. Almost immediately, the eye is drawn to the fantastic graphite patination that covers the surfaces, with golden and amber luminescence that cling to the obverse design elements, setting the image of the Queen alight in a warm glow. The reverse is similar in nature, but includes the addition of iridescent shades of honeydew and blush that mingle within the protected areas.
