Paul I Rouble 1799 CM-ФЦ MS62 NGC, St. Petersburg Mint, Bitkin-36, KM-C101a. Obv. Cruciform crowned Imperial monogram with the date. Rev. Four-line legend in garnished tablet. A touch softly struck in the reverse legend, with superb original toning and full underlying luster. A few tiny marks are noted. Extremely rare in Mint State, with only two pieces certified by NGC and PCGS combined.
