Alfonso XIII "Catalan Union" gold 100 Pesetas 1900 MS63 NGC, Barcelona mint, Cal-87. Choice Uncirculated with considerable luster and the scattered few handling marks expected for the designation. The usual die-polishing evidence are clearly seen in the surfaces. Struck in 1900 by the regionalist Unio Catalanista to the standard of the Spanish 100 Pesetas denomination. An avidly sought modern rarity of the Spanish series, quite desirable so finely preserved.
