This design type is typically only ever offered in specimen form and we are fortunate today to be able to offer both a specimen and this rare and lightly circulated issued note. This is the first issued note on the catalog number we have offered and certainly is among the finest of known pieces as PMG shows only three graded for the catalog number with this being the single finest of that trio. Terrific orange-yellow primary color and mutli-colored under-printing with vignette of Confucius standing at center. Nearly Extremely Fine and free from any netting defects.
