2 pieces in lot. (S/M#C282-) Face and back specimens printed on watermarked paper. A scarce pair of notes with each showing a specimen number of 12030 on the backs. Terrific ink quality is noticed throughout with great detail had of the Xinhua Gate at right on face and tractor at back. Some minor repairs from previous mounting are observed under scrutiny. PMG lists both pieces as "Proof," on the holder which we believe would be updated with specimen as the current holders are quite early. PMG Uncirculated 62 Net. Minor Repair.
