(S/M#H171-10) A note which becomes exceedingly more rare as the condition increases with Very Fine material being seldom available to collectors. This note shows with still bright inks making up the detailed face design. Facing dragons at upper left and right gaze upon the pearl of wisdom while water is seen below. A lime green under-print contrasts quite nicely to the ornate black bordering design and a rectangular stamped seal at lower left center. Orange inks are seen at the back design with large body of central characters and denomination and bank name below in English. Problem free for the technical grade and with mostly even wear. An important vertical format rarity. PMG Very Fine 25.
