THAILAND PATTERNS. Baht Struck in Copper with Plain Edge & Coin Alignment, ND (1868). Rama V, Phra Maha Chulalonkorn (1868-1910). NGC PROOF-63 BN.
11.7 gms. KM-Pn28; K&M-pl. F32. White elephant within nine-bladed Chakra, encircled by eight stars denoting denomination; Reverse: Royal seal of King Rama V, a Thai coronet flanked by two umbrellas. RARE. Original orange surfaces readily apparent throughout the recessed areas of the fields. Balance evenly toned brown, with a few nearly imperceptible marks. Quite solid for the grade. NGC PROOF-63 BN.
