55 x 39 mm. Barac-98. Portrait of Yuan Shih-kai at center, red enamel banner around with seal script inscription noting "President Yuan Shih-kai Inaugural Commemorative Army Medal Issued October 10th, 1913"; Reverse: Crossed national flags over five ears of wheat in multi-color enamels. Red ribbon with yellow stripes. Aside from a couple tiny pieces of missing green enamel on the reverse foliage, the medal is essentially as issued. EXTREMELY FINE.
