One of the most distinct pattern designs during the late Qing era featuring a border of interlocking wave patterns around the periphery of the inscription. Some mild peripheral toning with attractive full luster. Tied with thirteen others in this grade with only six pieces graded finer. Sharply struck and quite attractive. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
