L&M-459; K-201; Y-73; WS-0629. VERY SCARCE issue, as the Pei Yang Arsenal mint was destroyed this year during the Boxer Rebellion. Two chopmarks found on the reverse, although overall a handsome example of this scarce issue. Wholesome toning. NGC EF Details--Chopmarked.
