CHINA. State of Liang. Flat Handle Arch Foot Spade, Warring States Period (ca. 400-300 B.C).
H-3.10; Jen-16; FD-301. "An Yi Er Jin" (Anyi two Jin). Inscription inverted. Exceptionally nice, with much redwood colored original obverse surface, along with evergreen patina along the edges and across most of the reverse. The edges are very well defined and show little to no evidence of corrosion aside from the patination. VERY FINE.
