56.5 x 43 mm. Barac-75; Pet-18; Vernon-27. Gilt silver. As issued green with white stripes watered silk ribbon. Pleasant colorful tone with the eagle in particular having very attractive yellow, orange and seafoam green shades. Appears to be fully original, never cleaned. Nice. ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
