SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Seleukos I Nikator. 312-281 BC. Æ (20mm, 7.49 g, 6h). Uncertain Mint 19, Baktrian, perhaps Baktra. Struck circa 290/86-281 BC. Head of Dioskouros right, wearing wreathed pilos; monogram above K behind / Forepart of horned horse right; anchor above, monogram within circle to right. SC 269.3; HGC 9, 87. Fine, dark brown and tan surfaces, light scratches on the high points. Very rare.
