Obv: Laureate, draped and curiassed bust of Septimius Severus and draped bust of Julia Domna facing one another.
Rev: Serpent-entwined tripod; to left, Apollo standing right, holding plectrum and lyre; to right, Artemis standing facing, holding branch in each hand; altar to outer right.
