Watch List notes:

INDIA: 1 rupee, 2010(c), KM--, Kolkata mint experimental pattern in stainless steel, with retrograde EXPT across both sides stamped into die, NGC graded MS64. Presumably unpublished, this seemingly unlisted type is of an unusual design which was apparently not issued for circulation.
