JIN: Tai He, 1204-1209, AE 10 cash (41.01g), H-18.66, corrosion and many small flan cracks at bottom, with one piece about to break away, Fine to VF, RRR, ex Jiùjinshan Collection. Cast on larger and thicker flans than that of the usual finely cast smaller specimens. Crudely engraved calligraphy, possibly a contemporary and somewhat barbarous imitation of what must have been a popular type at the time. This type has been published by Hartill.
