Joao V gold 20000 Reis 1725-M MS62 NGC, Vila Rica (Minas Gerais) mint, KM117, Russo-249. Lustrous Mint State and attractively toned over both sides, with semi-reflective luster in the fields. Blended handling defines the grade, and planchet irregularity is noted around 9 o'clock on the reverse edge, but the eye-appeal remains decidedly choice. An altogether lovely example of this massive gold issue.
