Prussia. Wilhelm II Proof 3 Mark 1908-A PR67 NGC, Berlin mint, KM527. Minimally toned over both sides and displaying light contrast between the fields and raised design, with surfaces that, upon inspection with a loupe, appear essentially pristine. Currently tied with one other coin at the PR67 level at NGC and if resubmitted to NGC, a strong candidate to receive the "Cameo" designation, and become the only "PR67 Cameo" graded for the date.
