Very scarce quality for the date, with surfaces that appear exceptionally fresh, showcasing bright luster throughout and only minor marks that define the grade. While not an error that would typically result in a premium, it is worth noting that the reverse dies were rotated approximately 15 degrees clockwise from typical coin turn at striking.
