Victoria gold Sovereign 1853 MS63 NGC, Royal Mint, W.W. raised on truncation, S-3852C, Fr-387e, KM736.1. Obv. Bust of Queen Victoria left, with date below. Rev. Crowned arms in wreath. Sharply struck, with bright original luster and a hint of greenish-gold patina. A conditionally rare issue, and although readily available in circulated condition, nice Mint State examples are elusive.
